With planning and precision, we were able to accommodate the clients wish list of a level front yard off the front porch, 9’ foundation walls, 3- car garage with basement access, walk out basement, and egress windows for basement bedrooms. The exterior features a wide shed dormer on the front, white siding with black custom windows, many roof lines, and a white board and batten garage with gooseneck lighting. The first floor includes a spacious, custom kitchen with gigantic island, walk in pantry and large dining area for family gatherings. The kitchen is also open to an expansive great room with a wood pellet stove. The home office is located adjacent to the front entry, as well as a formal dining room. Other features include custom interior trim, square inset, 3-panel doors, a spacious mudroom with shiplap and brick look tile. All floors offer the warmth of radiant heat, including the basement floors which are polished concrete.  Walk up the oak staircase to three bedrooms, including a master suite with large walk in closet outfitted with custom closet design and tasteful bathroom features with sloped ceilings.
