Build on Your Land
We can custom design-build on your dream lot, or will help you find one. We specialize in new builds that require construction loans and are affiliated with banks that have seamless experience in this niche. Once you attain the loan, we manage it with minimal efforts required from the client. We manage all payments, schedules, and inspections.
Custom Design & Build Packages
We offer custom home packages on our lots, which includes a turnkey package offering. With a lot reservation agreement, we design and price a package that suits your needs. Upon signing a contract, we finance the project throughout the build and close.
Additions, Custom Kitchens, Basements & Garages
We offer services for these home improvements. It makes sense to add value to your current home, the land cannot be replaced, and you love your location. We will guide you through this process from concept to build, advise on best choices for return on investment, and create a realistic budget with allowances. It is important to know your costs and possible problem areas before you begin your improvements. Step 1: Listen & Plan
Our first step is to listen to what you want, so we can create a living environment that supports and enhances your lifestyle and needs. Our construction schedules and time commitments are as solid and trustworthy as our homes.
Communication is our number one priority in creating a wonderful relationship with our clients. This is a paramount concept from start to finish. We believe that listening is the most important factor within this process. We realize it is important to explain to you true costs and implement your design ideas within your budget. Step 2: Design
Our design process includes working with an experienced architect to customize your plan, or you can choose from our collection of home plans. We will work closely with you to create design ideas, layout suggestions, and accommodate your wish list for your new home or improvement. Once our design work is complete, we will provide you with blueprint drawings, a final specification list, and a fixed cost price with allowances and options.
Step 3: Build
Our specification list will prove that you are signing on to a commitment of the highest quality construction at an affordable price, thereby creating real value.
